FI - Performance Consulting offers you superior value. As a small consulting
and business coaching firm, with years of experience working for and with
Senior Management at large and small businesses and as part of Senior
Management with the big consulting firms, we have developed a model which
enables us to provide many times the value at a fraction of the cost.
We don't have million dollar office space in New York, Chicago, London
and San Francisco. We are motivated to provide achievable and sustainable
benefits for our business partners. While we do use structured project
management approaches, we don't have layers of administration and expensive
complex benefit programs to administer. We like being smaller and getting
to know our clients and their consulting needs.

Contingent Fee
Where the value proposition can be quantified, agreed upon and predicted
with a high degree of accuracy, we utilize contingent fee billing methods.
This enables our clients to pay only for true value received. In the
unlikely event the client doesn't find value, there is no consulting
charge. When there is tremendous value, only a very modest percentage
of that value is paid to FI-PC. There is no more paying for a study that
sits on the bookshelf. With contingent fee arrangements you pay only
for real value. The payback for this type of engagement is extraordinary.

Fixed Fee or Hourly Bill Rates
When clients choose to engage us for a fixed period of time, or for
engagements that don't lend themselves to the Contingent Fee Services,
we utilize a standard hourly bill rate that is typically less than 1/2
of that typical at the Big Consulting Firms. Unlike the big firms we
typically offer our fixed fee or hourly engagements with a superior
value guarantee. If our client doesn't find superior value throughout
the engagement (as measured monthly), there is no charge.

Travel Expenses
Typically for business coaching services travel is not required (we
can work either in person or by telephone). For consulting services,
we typically utilize consultants located within your region. While we
may not be able to brag, "We are experts because we are 600 miles
from home." We can brag that we save our clients $10s of Thousands
of Dollars on travel expense. A recent engagement at one of the large
consulting firms, demonstrated an overstaff team of 5 consultants ran
up airline, lodging, car rental and meal expenses of $30,000 per month.
For that same engagement using local or regional consultants, our expenses
would typically run less than $1,000 per month.
