Hector Estrada and Edward “EJ”
Moran
Managing Directors, FI - Performance Consulting
Hector and EJ each have close to thirty
years experience in the financial services industry.
They have worked for a variety of bank and non-bank
corporations in the United States and around the world.
Between them, Hector and Ed have worked at more than
50 banks. Prior to acquiring FI-PC they worked as contractors
for the company.
Hector has worked with some of the largest national
and international financial institutions as well as
with community and regional financial institutions.
While his experience is broad, specific area’s
of focus have included: Bank Operations, Loan Income,
Loan Expense and Loan Process Reviews. During his career
he held an increasing level of operation and system
management positions at El Paso National Bank, State
National Bank and BISYS. Senior consulting, project
and relationship management positions were held at Automated
Financial Systems, Inc., Broadway and Seymour, Sanchez
Computer Associates, and most recently at Earnings Performance
Group.
EJ has held senior management positions at several banks
including Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Chemical
Bank, and First Fidelity/First Union Corporation. He
has held a variety of internal and external consulting
positions during his career, concluding with leadership
positions in Earnings Performance Group. Most recently,
EJ worked as Senior Program Manager in the software
development industry providing strategic direction and
financial industry expertise. EJ’s resume includes
experience in product development and management, operations
management and project management in wholesale and retail
banking, as well as business coaching in a variety of
industries.
